My experience at Thurlow Nunn Beccles was positive because we had such a lovely sales man Ross Dent. He went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable while we were with him, he was very helpful and knowledgable in knowing all the correct answers to the questions we asked and was just a delight to be served by. He also went out of his way in interacting with a young baby that was with us and even when he got upset we weren’t rushed or anything he was just patient and calm
